As the sole leader, Paul currently oversees all daily operations, bringing in specialized independent contractors to help build the brand's unique vibe. With a clear growth plan, he intends to eventually transition from contractors to a dedicated team of employees as the business stabilizes. His hands-on involvement ensures every detail aligns with his vision for the space.
